“I’ve had the pleasure to work with Annalise on two occasions. One of them was for a private dinner at home for my fiancé’s birthday (now my husband). She was so amazing. Her professionalism coupled with her artistic skills were beyond measure. She was so detail oriented that every single food item including the menu was a piece of art. It was definitely a night to remember. 

The second occasion was at my wedding rehearsal dinner. She came with her sister to help with food, drinks, appetizers, etc. mind you, this is not her main piece of her career but she’s the humble kind of chef that’s willing to go the extra mile for her clients. Annalise was a superstar in the rehearsal dinner. She arrived early. I wasn’t home and even had to FaceTime her where everything was. She got it like a pro. Hands down, this night would have not been possible without her.
